Are we really surprised? Okay, so there’s like this writers’ group here where I live. Constantly looking for a place to meet that’s open late. They finally settled on Chik-fil-a-place-that-hates. I don’t really understand how individuals don’t know about that chickenshit hole’s stance on gays and lesbians in the workplace. Actually, I disliked them prior to that. Having Jewish parents, I’m always wary of places that follow blue laws. It means that they feel Sunday is the only holy day-not Friday as it was stated in the Old Testament and followed by Jews and Muslims.
So they’re off by two days as it is.
Now there’s this. I’m still surprised that no one really knows the vitriol this organization still spews. Every holiday I have to explain again and again why I don’t donate them cash.
BTW, I’m using this happy little blog to post things I really want to post on my Facebook page. But I’ve noticed that there are certain coworkers there now, and, living in the Deep South, no matter how much they might need to be a bit more educated, perhaps I need to introduce these concepts slowly, ya know?
